Man describes chaotic moments when he was shot in Ann Arbor bar

The man accused of shooting a Chicago-area man at an Ann Arbor bar in late October will stand trial after a district court judge decided to send the case to circuit court Thursday.

Zachary Finneren, 25-year-old man of Romulus, is charged with six felonies for the incident in the early morning hoursof Oct. 27 at Rush Street, 314 S. Main St. It’s alleged that Finneren shot 25-year-old Marty LaBelle following a dispute on the edge of the dance floor at the club.
