Graffiti suspect pleads no contest to sex crimes, vandalism

A 20-year-old Ann Arbor man police believe did significant damage to buildings with graffiti has entered into a sentence agreement for sexual assault and malicious destruction of a building.

Clark Fischer, who was previously convicted of distributing or promoting child sexually abusive materials in July 2014, is suspected of being one of the more prolific graffiti vandals in Ann Arbor using the moniker EVAK, police said.

"He is a suspect in the EVAK taggings," said Ann Arbor police Detective Sgt. John Elkins.

Fischer pleaded no contest to possession of child sexually abusive material and criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, with a person between 13- and 15-years-old, when he appeared in Washtenaw County Trial Court on April 15.
